Welcome to the Arkansas Business Alliance! We are delighted to have you as a member and appreciate your interest in joining our alliance. Before you proceed, we kindly request that you carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions, as they govern your relationship with the Arkansas Business Alliance:

  1. Membership Eligibility:

    1. Membership in the Arkansas Business Alliance is open to businesses and organizations registered and operating in the state of Arkansas.

    2. By applying for membership, you affirm that all the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

  2. Membership Application:

    1. The submission of a membership application does not guarantee automatic acceptance into the Arkansas Business Alliance. All applications will be reviewed by the Alliance's membership committee, and acceptance is subject to their discretion.

    2. The Alliance reserves the right to reject any membership application without disclosing the reasons for rejection.

  3. Membership Dues:

    1. Members are required to pay annual membership dues to maintain active status within the Alliance.

    2. The amount of membership dues and the payment schedule will be communicated during the application process and are subject to change with prior notice.

  4. Member Responsibilities:

    1. Members are expected to actively participate in Alliance events, initiatives, and discussions to foster collaboration and growth within the Arkansas business community.

    2. Members must adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism while representing the Alliance.

  5. Confidentiality:

    1. Members may have access to sensitive information during the course of their participation in Alliance activities. Members are required to treat all confidential information with the utmost care and not disclose it to any unauthorized parties.

  6. Intellectual Property:

    1. All intellectual property shared by the Arkansas Business Alliance, including but not limited to documents, resources, and presentations, remains the property of the Alliance and shall not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

  7. Networking and Collaboration:

    1. The Arkansas Business Alliance seeks to encourage networking and collaboration among members. However, any business transactions or agreements that result from such interactions are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.

  8. Termination of Membership:

    1. The Arkansas Business Alliance reserves the right to terminate a member's membership at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions, unethical conduct, or failure to pay membership dues.

  9. Limitation of Liability:

    1. The Arkansas Business Alliance shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from membership or participation in Alliance activities.

  10. Amendments:

    1. The Arkansas Business Alliance reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

  11. Governing Law:

    1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arkansas without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
